Supertall

Spring 2018
In 2013, Municipal Art Society released its Accidental Skyline report. This report has been raising the alarm about the need for new rules and regulations to protect public assets like light, air, open space, and the character of the City’s neighborhoods from supertall towers and out-of-scale development.

In recognizing the inevitability of the supertalls, I designed a supertall skyscraper for the MAS, an organization that has condemned the construction of supertalls, that combats the current supertall typology.
